"Birds of a feather, sing together."

Finding a connection in today's world is easier than ever before, but public view will always be an obstacle.

I think that though general message of people's opinion is dwindled it simply now goes into small groups of the same ideal. People who feel shunned or ashamed for what they believe in seek others who believe in the same things. I think over all there is a pressure that holds most of the individuals down, but soon as the group get wild or large enough they speak out. That's why we still have white supremacists, no/pro-abortion groups and tons of others.

Social Proof plays a big role in this stigma of opinion, it conditions us to find ways of expression. Through finding other groups as stated before or doing some creative/social work. We volunteer, paint, sing, play, explore, make other friends, or anything to get that "unwanted" piece of us out. Overall the world of mass media and connectedness does seem tougher on those who do not conform to the popular ideal, but there will always be some form of escape some way of speaking without words.
