speed and quality of life

It's true that in this day and age we expect a lot of things to be easier. We expect packages to appear on our doorstep in under 2 days and videos to load in under a second. How we are advancing is causing us to lose what we once had. No longer are we as patience as we were. I can barely wait a day after ordering a package to check the tracking. Due to all these new services that allow for things to be done in such a timely manner, I get so antsy if it is past the due date. If I don't get my amazon prime package in 2 days or under I get so mad and frustrated. It's really hard to combat something like this though. With everything advancing so quickly we start gaining certain expectations and when those expectations aren't met of course we're going to be impatient. Advancement is a great change to our quality of life but is patience going to ruin that?
