Task-Positive Network and Task-Negative Network
It was interesting to read about how the brain needs to be rewired in order to function in a more productive way. As a victim of always feeling like deadlines are looming over my head, it's suffocating to ever enjoy a relaxing break. Reading this article is very refreshing as it stresses that it's ok if the brain takes a small break. Although, I am someone who regularly interrupts my schoolwork for social media or snack breaks, that is something I can adjust in order to be a more productive person. I found it interesting that scientists recommend partitioning segments throughout the day - which is understandable because staying organized is highly efficient in anyone's lifestyle.
